Rubys Kitchen (Burger Van)

Excellent burger van. Sells burgers, bacon rolls, coffee etc. The burgers are lovely, bigger than a standard 1/4lb, good quality and very tasty. I have had a bacon cheese burger which was excellent. Also had sausage, bacon and egg rolls, the sausages are good quality and bacon nicely cooked, he asked how well I wanted my egg cooked too. Food comes foil wrapped to keep warm. I now have his phone number and ring my order through for quick collection during my work break. Highly recommended and a welcome addition to the industrial area in Biggleswade.

I visited Ruby’s whilst on a break today to grab a coffee. Ruby’s serves lavazza coffee. I usually have a very strong white coffee however, I forgot to ask milk on this occasion, even though it was black it was a beautiful hot cup of coffee. The owner that served me was lovely, very friendly and inviting. I will definitely visit again. I didn’t have any food today but from what I could see the van looked very clean and organised

Amazing 6oz beef burger had a double was £10 but so worth it. It has to be the best burger I’ve had in a long time. Onions was cooked perfect! Will be going again when in the Biggleswade area
